Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 28 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 24 hours away at time of booking.

We are pet friendly and welcome them! Please note a small pet fee applies for the addition of up to two pets to compensate our cleaners for extra time needed to clean. If you're traveling with more than two pets, message us - we're often able to accommodate and can discuss details. Please note access to the backyard is by going out the front door and around the garage for this unit, for direct access via the rear door by the kitchen, please book the entire home listing we also have.
